Sara is a native of New Orleans, Louisiana.  She relocated to Sevier County, Tennessee in 2004 to be near family here, and has been with the firm since 2006.  Sara has over twenty-five years of experience as a legal assistant and paralegal.  Her work has been focused primarily on the areas of products liability, maritime, asbestos and silicosis, insurance defense and personal injury.   Sara brings an important perspective to the firm, as she has worked in both plaintiff and defense oriented firms.  Since moving to Tennessee, she has also gained extensive experience in family law matters.   Sara serves primarily as a paralegal for Cynthia Wyrick, and performs a myriad of critical functions, including serving as a liaison with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and other legal support staff; review and summary of medical records; preparation of deposition summaries; and handling discovery and trial preparation issues, involving everything from file organization, research, and investigation through providing assistance at trial.  Sara is a highly valued member of the firm, not only because of her legal experience but also because of her care for and commitment to the firm’s clients and her exceptionally strong work ethic.
