A Respected, Committed Community Law Firm

At Ogle, Wyrick & Associates, P.C., our focus is on our community and our clients above anything else. Our firm has been a fixture of the Sevierville community since it was founded in 1952. Our neighbors and friends have been supportive of us, and we go the extra mile to be fully supportive of them during some of the most difficult times of their lives.

Our team has the experience, skill, knowledge and tenacity to guide our clients through complex situations and fight for the most favorable results possible. Whether you are looking for a personal injury lawyer or a criminal defense attorney, our approach is always one of compassion, reason and commitment.

Taking A Family-Style Approach To The Law

At our law firm, we treat each other like family, and we treat you like family. We are very passionate about helping people in our community and visitors navigate difficult and complex legal matters in a way that leaves them in a better place.

We take pride in what we do, and the greatest compliment we receive is a returning client who also refers their friends and family to us. We have been fortunate to maintain lasting relationships with many of our clients. If a second legal matter arises in your life, you can count on us to be here to help you through it again.

Active In Our Community

Our attorneys and staff members do not just work in this community — we live in it, too. Because Sevierville and the surrounding areas are our home, we make it our responsibility to play an active role in maintaining and promoting its prosperity. Some examples of our community involvement include:

  • Before he passed away in 1980, W. Henry Ogle served as the county court clerk for Sevier County and taught school in Knox and Sevier counties.
  • Cynthia Wyrick is an active member of the Sevier County Intermediate School PTO board and an emeritus member and past chair of the Library Society of the University of Tennessee Executive Committee.
  • Anna Catherine Penland is a member of the United Methodist Women's group and the former fundraising chair for Wake Forest University School of Law's domestic violence advocacy group.
